How do you ship your prints?

Prints are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once you place your order. All prints are first placed in protective plastic sheets to prevent scratching. Prints up to 11 x 14 inches are shipped in rigid cardboard envelopes with cardboard reinforcements. For prints larger then 11 x 14 inches shipping tubes are used.

How much are shipping costs?

Spend $125 or more and get free shipping within the United States! Pay just $5 to ship orders under $125.

International shipping rates depend on the print size and shipping location. After selecting a print, enter your information on the checkout page to see the exact shipping charges based on your print size and location.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your shipment online.

When will my shipment arrive?

DOMESTIC

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Delivery normally takes between 2-5 days to arrive, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL

After your order has shipped, shipping time may vary depending on the customs requirements of the country we’re shipping to.

What if my order is damage during shipping?

In the rare event your order is damaged please contact Lux Archive immediately at support@luxarchive.com so we can take action to remedy the situation. We will provide you with a refund or replacement print.
